Okay everyone! I'm going to be posting any collaborative stuff about the animation project in the Collab section for now since I wasn't quite sure where else it would fit without it being too general. So here's what I have for the storyboard so far.

So here is Yana from
Turbulence walking to school. It makes sense because Turbulence was the first featured manga in DREAM. Anyway the camera pans down and we see her walking. Some wind blows by her and she sees a cherry blossom tree in her path. Which is a nod to another of DREAM's first manga (second one premiered in issue 1)
Under the Cherry Blossom Tree from Ranchan! And Yana just kinda looks at it a while.

All of a sudden time stops everywhere except for Yana who picks up on this. She pokes a still petal in midair when... Our drop mascot Ame-chan pops up and freaks her out a bit.

Yana pans right as the view reveals Candy from Marshmellow's
The World Stops. She gives a plesant grin and steps back to reveal Liz, who is also from
The World Stops, and the two human mascots Yume-chan and Gen-Kun on either side. (Did we agree on these names btw or are they still officially nameless?) There is a portal behind them and they all bow while Yana just kinda stands there.

Candy takes her hand and then pulls her in with Ame-chan, Liz, Gen, and Yume in tow. And then time resumes. Then we get a DREAM logo and that's it for now.
Basically what I planned was for the five of them to go to another dimension where the rest of the DREAM manga characters are doing stuff. You know random things, like Tomi and Tori(
XYZ) taking a walk with Hikari and Luz(
Hikari Project), Ki and Toshino(
Contradiction) having a magic fight only to be broken up by Natsumi's(
ThunderKid) insistence on a tea party instead, Algot(
1 Wish Roses) in denial over Iarin's(
Saga of Maganuchi) magic, or some other kind of silliness of the sort. ^^ It'll probably end with everyone fighting a monster or something. I don't know. That's what this storyboard section is for. If we all put in some storyboard idea to build up the project we can see haw it all flows together and settle on a final storyboard. A storyboard is more or less a manga just more emphasis on timing and movement. So let's see what you all got and get this 5-10 minute animation underway!
