Yes, all mangakas can join. You can send your author request and I will add you to the author's list. Then you just have to upload a character profile, and your turn will be... please choose a spot below.

By the way, CHerry.RIce has joined, so you will have to choose a number for submission order, and upload a character image. And Yuki-neko needs to choose your drawing order

Shoot... what I hate with this new forum version is that you need to manually set the permissions for everything when you set up a new forum T_T... I will get that done and please report any further errors =)
