It means we are making a cover page with everyone's work! If you are submitting anything to the special anniversary issue, please submit an extra coloured image to be put on the cover (about 200x200 pixels will be fine). If not, ignore this =D

aww i really wanna be in this issue >//< but the problem is that I only have four pages scanned and ready for Predestined x.X ...the rest of them are on my desk waiting to be scanned (plus, i dont have a title page for my oneshot just yet X.X;;;;)

arf...I could do a quick submission for a happy anniversary page for DREAM :3 with a long speech of how happy I am for the first anniversary...(i could probably draw what I would think our mascot could look like..or as I would like to call it..the Dreamcatcher(s) ~<3 )

Yes, you can submit anything you like. Official deadline is 10th, but I accept submissions till the 20th. Anything received after 20th will be put in the next issue.

Manga oneshots are welcome!! Since this is the anniversary issue, you can submit any number of pages IF you are NOT in the ODD month group.

Although I didn't think you did choose your group... let's say you are in the even group XD
