You can join if you are a mangaka, but... looking at the collab progress right now, I don't think anyone will object if we welcome members to join too =D

I think it's wonderful to have more ppl work on it. ^___^ I think we should have the members take a test about our characters first before they can join the collab and maybe a page limit to only 2 pages? or a shorter time span to draw then the mangkas?

And after joining the collab, I am thinking of only using characters in Dream mangas, or it will be getting out of scale =D
