And some questions.

What would be an ideal font size that can be viewed well?
When some things are in Elvish, should I put a translation at the bottom? (it's nothing long and may be understood in context)
And would it be okay to change the color of the page if it makes them easier to see?

I am not sure what an ideal font size will be... it depends on whether you get the dialogue in before or after resizing the image. Personally I use 4pt Lithos Pro font. (I know this is not a manga font =P)

If the Elvish is simple to understand by what you draw (I don't know how it looks) you can omit the translation, or put them along the borders etc...

It is fine to change the colour of the pages, although black is preferred ^_^
