I hope to make this forum a friendly environment so I am making rules simple and easy.
1. Treat each other like how you want them to treat you.
2. Don't spam. Be sensible and try to write at least one sentence in a post.
3. Try not to doublepost unless necessary.
4. Report any bad users or forum errors to the staff (me, Ran, Risa, Maruta")
5. Punishment/banning system is not set up yet...
(more to come later after discussion with staff).

I am not going to write this rules thing as how I write a contract, so enjoy and use your common sense.

hai...um...im kindda new here...and i got alot of questions to ask youX<<but i will ask you this one...how can i post my manga...???

We do not post our manga in this forum. We are like an online manga magazine, if you have heard of Shounen Jump & Ribon, we are sort of like those, but online. Every month, our mangakas will submit a minimum of 10 pages of manga (through e-mail) and we will combine the pages into an issue which is viewable online at our main site: http://www.dream-manga.co.nr
