Description:
When someone has a strong emotion, it becomes a star. If that star is not dealt with, it will consumed its host. Star Catchers take the stars before they form into something worst, but losing a star is like losing an emotion. When the host loses its star, it loses one of its memories.

I'm open for criticism as well!

I did the cloud effect then the noise effect and motion blur effect. If you have photoshop, I can explain it better.

waaa. it's takind a long time to load! but i really like your description! very creative! i hope to see an awesome story! :excited: but of course, w/a structure that good of course it will be awesome! but it looks like it's going to be a sad one too. maybe i should get some tissues ready XD!
oh! it's done! hmm...i will have to say i like the rain but i totally ADORE the sound effects!! i'm a sucker for fonts XP

I feel horrible saying this... but I have to withdraw my submission. Something horrible happen in my life, and I don't have time to focus on a web manga at the moment. I hope to join in the future or pick up soon... but at the moment. I need to withdraw.
