It has come to my attention that there is something wrong with the registration system. I am not sure if the registrants have chosen "under the age of 13" when they register, and I doubt that's the case... many people who have signed up are in the "non-active" members' list inside the ACP. I don't know if they simply have not activated their accounts from their e-mail, or they did not receive a confirmation e-mail.

Meanwhile, if you have not received a confirmation e-mail after you have registered, drop me a note at Ki.Hiwatari@gmail.com and I will get your account activated when I check my e-mail. Please indicate it is for the Dream forum, or I will mix it up with my other forums. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
