Description: Rachel Kaye is in her first year of college, and her life is just normal. Until the day she meets the extremely strange Roy Brady. His looks make him popular... until he opens his mouth. Perhaps the strangest thing about him is that he spends his free time conversing with fish...and there's a lot more weird things where that came from.

Anyway... Rachel seems to be the only person who has ever been interested in him for more than five minutes, and his strange personality makes her even more so. But he is extremely oblivious, so hilarity will ensue! Especially when circumstances lead them to end up living in the same boarding house.

You will be in the odd group, where your manga will be in every odd month's issue and your deadline is on the 10th of every even month. Your first deadline will be 10 February, and your manga will first appear in March 2009. If you cannot make it, the next deadline will be 10 April and your manga will be in the May issue. Please tell me which deadline you are aiming for since I am going to put that on your manga page.
