EDIT: The welcome e-mail has now been sent. You can choose whether you would like to be in the odd or even group. Deadlines are as follows:

Odd group - 1st deadline 10 April 2009 - manga appear in May 2009 & all odd months after that
Even group - 1st deadline 10 May 2009 - manga appear in June 2009 & all even months after that
