I didn't receive many opinions on what we are going to do for the cover ...

I guess it would be nice to do a multi-manga cover again, so that everyone who submits something has a chance to get an image on the Special Issue's cover =D

So here are the deadlines:
* If you submit your manga on or before 15 August 2009, you will have an image of your manga (usually cropped from your cover page, but you can send in an extra image just for the cover) on the issue cover and your manga in the issue. The image size is not determined yet. I need to know how many mangas we have first.
* If you submit your manga between 16 and 20 August 2009, your manga will be featured in the issue but you will not have an image on the issue cover. This is because when the number of manga changes, the image size and issue cover layout will change.
* If you submit your manga after 20 August 2009, it will go to the October issue =D

If you are submitting an anniversary image for Dream (same size 450x650 pixels) please submit early! Because I plan to get all the anniversary images at the front of the issue =D Deadline for anniversary images is 15 August 2009.

I have delayed all the deadlines (initially 10 August) so that you can have some more time to work on the images ^_^ Hopefully we will have a thick issue again!
